Pretty casual. Explained portfolio to 4 interviewers - do think it was hard to convey my experience with a lot of dialogue in the room. Was showed around the office. Called later about salary, Then only received one response from admin two weeks later saying that they are still in the review process. Never got an actual rejection. Ghosted after that.
