I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mitchell Madison Group in Dec 2009
Interview
The interview generally falls into three stages. Your resume should stand out because they usually get from the top of top universities. An initial interview regarding your experiences and expectations is made, then those who passed the initial will proceed to the second interview. The second interview consist of an on the spot case presentation. (The key here is knowing the way you think, process, and solve problems.) The third interview will be conducted online with the US Partner.

I already had the sense during the interviews that they don't have a direction with their application process, but still went through with it anyway.
Don't waste your time on this company; lots of red flags.
