The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Mitchell Plastics (Waterloo, ON)
Interview
HR or receptionist called and asked basic overview, then scheduled an interview at Ultra Manufacturing ( Waterloo) as the position was for that plant. Went in for interview, same old behavioural questions, why are you leaving your current job? What made you apply here? That kind of questions. They also go over the past experiences mentioned in resume so prepare that very well as they asked specific questions about the processes I used to perform for quality measures and safety. It went good and then they showed the plant. It was impressive to see that. They are nice people and know what they're doing. Only thing is that they promised to let me know if I am selected in 7-10 days( like end of this week or next week). But they never called back. Even after following up for which they didn't pickup but left a voice note for manager. I guess this is where they lack professionalism. They should atleast inform about selection or rejection. I felt its
all a waste of time and energy being a professional.
