Applied through campus. Interview was very brief. Recruiter did not really seem interested in learning about me as a candidate. The interview lasted only about 10 minutes. Wasnt as thorough as my other interviews on campus. Was told i would hear back in 2 weeks at which point they will inform me if i have been invited for a second round

In 2021 when I had my interview, it was two interviews in all, one with the human resource manager and the other with one of the partners, but very straight forward and mostly about your competence. It was an overall good experience. I got hired.

Interview
First I had a phone interview with the recruiter; she was really nice, detailed and professional. A couple of hours later, I was invited by the recruiter to come their HQ for a Skype interview with senior managers. The interview was mostly focused on my resume and my plans for the future.
