I applied for the position online and with 3 weeks I gat an email and a call to set up an interview. The interview took almost 3 hours and consisted of two separate interviews with an HR rep and position manager. It also consisted of skills assessment test. After a two week wait I received feedback. I have the impression that I only wanted to move out of my current position and did not really want the job.
