I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Miva (San Diego, CA) in Sept 2016
Interview
Applied through zip recruiter, one phone interview, one in-person with three lead developers. Great experience, they all showed up in jeans and t-shirts and were pleasant. Could tell the company had great culture from the moment I walked in.

I applied online. I interviewed at Miva (Tampa, FL) in Aug 2017
Interview
The process started with basic email questions, followed up with a phone call with the head recruiter, and a 30minute Skype interview (for Tampa, not San Diego). The interview process was very easy and the questions asked were not hard at all. As a previous review mentioned "However, it was much more focused on HTML and CSS, and the one JavaScript question they asked, they told me just to talk through the algorithm." This was the case for me as well.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Miva (Rancho Bernardo, CA) in Feb 2015
Interview
Applied online by sending in my resume and portfolio, then had a short phone interview with the HR manager Jen. Had an in person interview a few days after that with a total of 5 people. Learned a lot about the company culture and left excited at the opportunity to work here.
