Phone interview and then onsite interview conducted in a panel setting. You will meet the hiring manager, a few individual contributors and then a department head. This process was dragged out for months and ultimately ending in a decline notification without explanation. I'm sure the position was highly competitive but it was a horrendous process that took nearly three months. Would never consider this company again. It isn't any wonder that they are no longer considered a 'hot' startup.
