A single interview with two of the shareholders. Referred by a third party recruiter. Friendly interviewers and a relaxed style. Lasted less than an hour. Great benefits, better than expected salary offer.

I had an employee referral and then got an interview before I formally applied. I straight up told them I had job offers and they got back to me within a couple hours with an offer. I then went back and gave them a negotiating offer to beat out my other job offers.
