I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mizzen and Main
Interview
The interview process took about 4 weeks and consisted of 5 virtual interviews, a project presentation, along with a meet-and-greet.
Interview process leaned towards a conversational style rather than traditional formal questioning.
Project Presentation
The goal of the project presentation was to learn more about how I might approach real life situations associated with the role. The project prompts/questions seemed more aligned with interview questions rather than a traditional project R&D format if that makes sense.
Everyone at the company was delightful, friendly, easy to talk to and exhibited a genuine passion for advancing the brand's growth. Could see myself getting along with CFT and could see myself thriving at the company.
Unfortunately, I had to decline the offer due to a few changes that occurred since my initial interview.

Question 1
Project Presentation Question:
We have a fabric that is not meeting testing standards. How would you mitigate potential loss of business at this stage ? What would you have done earlier in the process to avoid this scenario?
^ This question should have been posed during the interview, rather than being utilized as a project prompt.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Mizzen and Main (Dallas, TX) in June 2023
Interview
Overall a fairly easy process. First interview was a phone call with HR generalist, followed by a series of 3 zoom calls with various team members. Final interview was a work day in office followed by a sit down with the owner. The entire process took about 5 weeks.

What are a few words you would use to describe yourself?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mizzen and Main (Dallas, TX) in Dec 2022
Interview
Pretty long and drawn out. Communication from M+M was minimal at best. After multiple phone and zoom calls, I was asked to do a lengthy project and present it to 4-5 associates. After the project - I was asked to come in and meet with people who would report to me and other cross-functional partners (who all seemed excited to have me onboard). After that - I never heard anything from them. Months later it looked like they downgraded the position to manager level. Very frustrating and time consuming process. In hindsight, it was probably for the best - most upper management I met with used the interview time to tell me how great they were or how they would never stoop so low to work in a corporate environment. It was an overall weird experience and felt like they were stringing me along to play some sort of game or get joy out of wasting my time. Was also told one of the perks of working there is that they give you a key to lock up at night when you have to stay so late - no thanks.
