      Interview

      Super quick. took about 3 weeks from first interview to offer. First interview is with recruiter for 30 min. The next interview is a shadow interview with a current rep who will show you a bit of what it's like in the role. Overall smooth process, and I felt like I was able to connect with both the recruiter and rep super well- super easy going conversations. The recruiter is also the most accomodating person I've ever worked with, and was super easy to communicate with. I appreciate the flexibility that MoLo has provided during the entirety of my job search process.

      Very pleasant, first spoke with a talent recruiter for first interview and a hiring manager the next. Both were very professional and polite. Mostly spoke about job experience and where i saw myself in rhe future. Waiting on a possible offer.

      There was a screener over Zoom with information about why you're interested in the company, customer operations, and generic tell me about yourself Qs. I was told to expect a 2 week turnaround time and this got delayed. HR rep revealed that they had not actually formalized their interview process -- understandable considering COVID but this is something that should be done prior to screeners.
