      Digital Marketing Manager Interview

      13 May 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Mobas in Feb 2025

      Interview

The interview process was lengthy, lasting over a month and a half. While I appreciated the opportunity to meet various team members and found each stage generally enjoyable, I was disappointed with how the final stage was handled. In my third interview, I was given the impression that an offer was likely, with phrases such as “don’t update your CV too much” and “expect a call soon” being used. This language felt misleading in hindsight, as I ultimately did not receive an offer. If candidates are taken through to the final stage and reduced to the final two, it would be more respectful to communicate the outcome via a phone call rather than an email (Especially given how much time candidates give)
