1st Phone Screen with HR, 2nd Phone Screen Skills with Design Department, 3rd In Person. I did not make it to the 2nd phone interview. HR manager was extremely pleasant and the company seemed like a wonderful place to work. It would be nice to know why I didn't move on to the 2nd round, but I never heard a reason.
