Bad. First phone interview went ok. I scheduled a Teams meeting for the following Monday. Monday came along and I received no invite or notification, turns out the interviewer was sick, but I had to message the interviewer and the HR rep to find that out. Rescheduled a week later. This interview was poor. Interviewer seemed uninterested, asked a few questions and was ready to stop. Seemed like they already chose someone and was going through the steps for me. It took more than a week to get a go/no-go from the HR person. I had to message them to 9 days later to get a response. It feels like they don't respect your time.
