I actually did NOT get interviewed. My friend worked there and he needed a driver, as most of the field engineers needed during that time. I didn't even get an interview when I was promoted to RF Field Engineer. I was offered a promotion a couple months after being a driver. I went through the provided hands-on training for 3 months. After that third month, which was also the end of peak, I hadn't been called in to work for ~6 months. The bills started piling up so I emailed Ed Krol and told him what happened. I also asked if it was possible for me to get some hands-on training in anything. He quickly replied and I began working that same week.
