My first and only interview was with the founder of the company (Connie). I felt that she was looking down on me from the start of the interview. I did my research on average salaries in the area and she told me it was way too high for my experience, so I know this job won't pay well. She also asked me to take a look at her website and give her feedback on what could be improved upon. I think she was using the interview process to get free feedback on her company. It's been months and there hasn't been a new ui/ux design hire. This seems like a negative workplace.
