I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Mod Op in Sept 2025
Interview
This was a really weird interview. Scheduled with a virtual assistant/ops coordinator and attended an interview with a hiring manager. She read off a script the entire time and asked really generic questions, including about my hobbies. She said "at least you don't play video games" (which is actually one of my other hobbies that I did not share) and made a few other weird/disparaging comments. Overall the vibes were really off and I didn't hear back from them.

Interview
Disappointed that while the process "transparency" was noted several times. But in the end the process was lacking. I had to reach out several times after expending time and expense to meet in person in an office several miles away, and after their internal notification deadline was passed.
Please be considerate: Before asking people to invest in a process and touting certain items, please think about your process (including but not limited to your process, decision deadlines and communications) overall to avoid awkwardness and the unnecessary disappointment that came about.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mod Op (Dallas, TX) in May 2023
Interview
The interview process typically consists of two video calls followed by an in-person meeting. The initial video call focuses on general qualifications, while the second delves deeper into technical skills and experience. The final in-person meeting assesses cultural fit, problem-solving abilities, and potential contributions to the team.
