      Assistant Project Manager Interview

      6 July 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      West Sacramento, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ModSquad (West Sacramento, CA)

      Interview

Typical tech interview for a female. I wasn't really asked about my experience or what I could do, he mainly told me what was expected of the position and inferred that the position was going to be offered to me - kind of a rookie mistake. But I wasn't really expecting to get the job as I am a female and there are no females in any lead roles that I could see, and the ones I did see were on the phones in a group. Males had the cush support roles and offices or were remote. It's a boys club.
