The process and communication with the HR staff was seamless and really enjoyed the conversation and the process of understanding the benefits that are available as an employee. It's insightful to understand a big component of choosing a company to work for. However after the main interview with the staff for the department, which was also conducted through a zoom or a Meetings call, I have been waiting for any sort of response from them. If the company takes time to interview someone, you would hope to receive a response even if it's to decline your application.
