Phone interview to start process, 2nd interview with HR, 3rd interview with call center supervisor. 2nd and 3rd interview back to back same day. Interview was mostly interested in soft skills, DE-escalation and experience in dealing with upset customers. Not much emphasis on medical or insurance knowledge.

It went very smoothly and I enjoyed the process. I like the person who interviewed me. She was nice and I felt comfortable. They asked the standard questions and wanted to see how your phone mannerisms are in a phone interview.
