Multi-step interview. First is a "get to know you" deal where they look and see if you're outgoing enough for their methodology. Second is a mock lesson. Follow their techniques as close as possible and you're golden.

The steps were a phone call, followed by a group interview and then a demo lesson. The group interview was relaxed. They just tell you about the school and ask you some basic questions. The demo lesson took a couple of hours and was indeed a bit nerve-wracking as someone also said. They teach you their method and you have to demonstrate it in front of the other applicants.
