I applied online the day after my birthday, immediately that afternoon I received a phone call to go in the next day for an interview. The following week I received another phone call telling me that I was hired and I started immediately.

Straightforward, just an interview with the general manager to discuss experience and scheduling / availability. They were able to answer my questions and gave me a response just a few days later.
Light and straight forward process. Not bad for an entry level job. Be aware you will be on your feet at all times. Know how to calculate basic money math and deals
