Interview
The interview process was different from any other interview that I have experienced. There were multiple interviews (approximately 3) where the questions were more situational examples vs. the typical "why do you want to work here" questions which was challenging but refreshing because it kept me on my toes. Throughout the process everyone was super friendly and responsive. May be tedious for some people but was one of my favorite things about Modern. They really care about who they hire and how that person fits in with their core values and culture.

Phone interview to see if you even qualify to apply with a written test, manager phone interview to see if you fit the position and then an in person interview just for you to not even get the position you want.
