After applying I received a request for phone interview availability, after completing the initial phone interview I was told I would have a second phone interview with the "Hiring Manager", after submitting availability for phone interview and completing phone 2nd interview I was then instructed to prepare and perform a "mock" training presentation using a software program of my choice.
