3 concise interviews with HR, Manager, and Director. This is very precise getting to know the potential of growth in the company as well as the future goals of the company.
Multiple rounds of interviews. First interview was with the hiring manager, followed by a video interview. The next step was to meet with some of the team members prior to an offer.

It was a one step process to create the database of profiles. Based on the interview and interests, possible projects shall be presented was mentioned. Details on the projects completed and experience gained is majorly focused, along with co-curricular activities participation as well.
