Interview
Someone calls you and tells you about the job, asks how much you made at your last jobs, and asks if you are interviewing anywhere else. Then you take a personality test and are scheduled to come in. You'll meet with two or three managers and they mostly talk about your past jobs and tell you about the job they have. Not a lot of typical interview questions… more like they are just feeling you out.

Interview
They will hire anybody who has a pulse but will fire you within 14 weeks after they have exhausted your leads you give other team members for free and not get paid out on it because they actually cant afford to pay new employees the proper wage they promise.

Interview
Fair, asked questions about my drive, how the business works, personal questions, some personality testing questions for culture fit etc. Also chatted back and forth about previous experience, etc. All in all a very laxed interview with no issues.
