The process consisted of 5 interviews, two with HR, two with leaders from the area, and 1 technical assessment. I also had to answer a few HR Quizzes and collect references.
I enjoyed the process despite its length. The technical interview was great, the process was accurate and most importantly, communication was fluent all the way.

The interview process began with a 3-day technical knowledge test. Then there were 4 personal interviews with each area manager and finally with the CEO of the company, where they asked to comment on previous experience, salary expectations, and professional projection for 5 years.
