The whole process took around 3 interviews. First an screening interview as the first filter where the recruitment team wants to talk about your general experience and interests for the role. Then it came a challenge assignment in order to put in evidence my skills. With the challenge succesfully achieved, another round of interviews came in with the team lead, hiring manager and in this case, the CEO and CFO
