The interview process lasted about three weeks and included five interviews and a technical challenge. The interviews covered various aspects: an initial screening, a technical interview, a cultural interview, one with the operations team, and an English proficiency assessment. The technical interview included questions about my experience and situations I have encountered throughout my professional career. The cultural interview focused on personal and team-based scenarios, exploring how I would handle different situations and the values that guide me. The operations interview was more focused on how to communicate effectively with clients, resolve technical issues, and support the team by improving technical communication. The English proficiency interview was centered around explaining my experience through the projects I have worked on, the decisions I have made, and how I learned the language. The entire process was very pleasant and showcased the company's positive culture. The technical challenge focused on backend development and involved consuming an API to generate questions and answers based on the retrieved data.
