The entire interview process took nearly two months with very little conversation in between... except for simply setting up the next (and next, and next) meeting only to make it to the final interview which went well. Weeks later come to find out they're placing the role on hold. I find it slightly hard to believe they didn't know they would place the role on hold during those two months but here we are. You'll come to find out during the interview process they had to completely wipe the team out and start "fresh" but tbh it seemed totally disorganized based on my experience and I'm trying to write this review as level-headed as possible. I understand these things happen but don't drag someone unemployed out for that long to do a rug pull, I'm sure there was some idea within that two months you weren't going to select someone. Hopefully this may assist the next person interviewing. Best of luck to you and this company.
