Interview
Several engineers attended to ask questions, based on their own level of experience with the position you're applying/interviewing for. Once they switched to "Market Based Management", the interview process occasionally included senior technicians. On occasion, the interviews will be overseen by the lab director, who may, or may not have any questions to ask (he may sit back and allow the engineers and/or technicians to ask all the questions, unless there is one that he has, that they do not ask).

Past experience, experience applicable to what they are doing, hours available, etc. Questions about problem solving methodology, questions about what experience you may, or may not, have gotten from your last position that is relevant and applicable to the position that you are interviewing for.

Interview
The interview process was pretty extensive and they had several supervisors asking great and challenging questions. The supervisors were very knowledgeable of their lab areas. Overall, it was a productive interview and I was able to get a call back and accept the position.

Smooth and professional. it takes 45 min . they asked me about my previse carriers and how to improve the production process . Two managers and one supervisor were sitting asking me and listen deeply for my answers to find more questions.
