My resume is entirely about my design experiences. They rejected me because not following the job descriptions due to my inadequate experience about supply chain, procurement, and other non technical experience.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Molex (Conway, AR) in Aug 2018
Interview
An external recruiter contacted me to discuss my resume and requested a cover letter for the position. Had a 30 min Phone interview with the Hiring Manager to discuss the role and my current experience and how it was relevant. He liked me and asked to come for an onsite interview which happened after 4-5 weeks due to the travel involved and scheduling issues. Interviewed with Design and Manufacturing managers including a couple video interviews. More focused on behavioral questions and past experiences.
