I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Molina Healthcare (Long Beach, CA) in Jan 2018
Interview
When they called me for my interview I should have known better. They left a voicemail for me making my name into a Hispanic name, and said I would get paid .50 cents more if I was bilingual. I went to the interview and as soon as I said I didn’t speak Spanish I knew I didn’t get the position which is fine. I just wish they would have paid attention to my application and didn’t interview me if they new they needed someone bilingual.
The process was quick, the interviewer was professional and explained what they were looking for the position. I had plenty of experience so I was fortunate to get the job.
