Interviewer process was not bad. The usual ( work experience, tell about a time you went alone and beyond etc) the interview lasted about 30 minutes and the people from corporate that actually called and offered the position were very nice and helpful
Interview was super easy. Good to know about medicaid and Marketplace. Management sucks, if you're interested in working for the company just keep in mind that this company changes process every year and Management seems to not know that they doing

Interview
Will interview with either the manager or a supervisor. They will ask if you have any health care experience and if you are good at using a computer. As long as you say yes to both and say that you are willing to help members and change life then they will hire you.
