The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Molina Healthcare (New York, NY)
Interview
Very quick process which was a pleasant surprise. Three rounds of interviews and 1 quick meeting with a recruiter, all within 6 business days. Everyone was great and shared a lot about the position. Seems like a great company and the role would have been interesting and enjoyable. Unfortunately I was not able to accept the offer, but one day I would love to revisit the company and role.

Interview
Grueling 3 month process, involving 3 interviews (not including the screening), only to be rejected in the end. I wasn't informed until I saw the same position reposted and applied to that to see what would happen. I had a positive opinion of this organizing until this experience.

First interview with the recruiter, followed by a 30 min interview with a director and VP, the VP spent the entire 30 minutes talking and I was not asked a single question. After that I was ghosted, no follow up from the recruiter, no rejection email, nothing.
