I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Molina Healthcare in June 2022
Interview
Because the role was a backfill, the hiring process went smoothly. It took about 2 months total from start to finish. I was contacted by recruiter after an online application, I met with the Hiring Manager then 2 other department leads. Looking back, I should have negotiated my salary because the workload was much higher than originally disclosed.

Interview
Grueling 3 month process, involving 3 interviews (not including the screening), only to be rejected in the end. I wasn't informed until I saw the same position reposted and applied to that to see what would happen. I had a positive opinion of this organizing until this experience.
