I'm curious to hear from all the people working at Mollie... how was your experience applying at Mollie? And how is it working at Mollie? To me as an outsider, it looks like everything goes right and everyone is happy. However, after my experience applying at Mollie, I am wondering if the extremely messy hiring process that I went through is something that can be found back in the organisation as well.
Had a bad experience applying at Mollie. First of all, the recruiter hardly asked any questions and was talking about Mollie, I wasn't being challenged at all. But moreover, I continuously had to chase the recruiter for feedback, scheduling new interviews, asking for more information that was promised etc. I believe that the hiring process is a very important mirror in how a company is doing internally and therefore I am really curious how the hired Mollies feel about the company.
My one take-away for the recruitment department: taking the effort to follow-up on agreements made with the applicant is the least thing you can do for interested and motivated applicants.
