I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Molzi in Dec 2021
Interview
Two 1:1 interviews were conducted virtually, each with a different director. Both interviews were quite informal, with a relaxed interview style. Thumbs up for that. On each occasion, we discussed my relevant skills and experience. There appeared to be no 'tick-box' list of questions candidates are often asked during interviews! When I started asking them questions about the role and the business, their answers were mostly vague. Neither interviewer seemed to know what they wanted from their chosen candidate. They didn’t know much about the content team processes, the team structure, or the job specification. But it was clear that they needed urgent help!

Interview
Simple two stage interview. Really nice people and was well organised by the HR person who was on the ball. Because of Covid, everything was online. There is a new office that will be a small commute for me but I haven't been there yet.
