Mom+Pop interview questions

The interview process was fine, a recruiter reached out to me, but one of the execs who was supposed to interview me didn't show up. Even though I felt the interview went very well considering my aligned experience, I was ghosted. I followed up and didn't hear back. I figured it wasn't worth it, but I found it incredibly unprofessional considering I took time off from my job since they reached out to me. Wasted some of my time.
