Interview
Contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn, I messaged back saying I was interested and they set up a time to talk (all through LinkedIn messaging). Had 20-30 minute call. They followed up within a day saying they’d like me to talk to Jim, the partner. I had a 30 minute call with him a week or so later. Last, I talked to two current employees a week or so later for about 30-40 minutes.

Interview
Did a phone interview, which went well. Then gave me an enormous, multifaceted writing test with a 24-hour turn around time. I delivered the tests and was then ghosted. Wouldn’t be surprised if they were just stealing content this way.
