The recruitment process started with an interview, which was professional and well-structured. The interviewers were respectful and created a comfortable environment to discuss my experience, skills, and suitability for the role. The questions were relevant and focused on communication, problem-solving, and industry knowledge. After the interview, I was asked to complete assessments. The process overall was fair, though communication regarding feedback could be improved, as waiting for updates was challenging.

Interview
The first stage was an interview on wambly where you answered 12 or so questions. The second round was a panel of 3 leaders in the team and HR, they asked a combination of personal and technical questions. Very friendly

First stage is the interview process and the second stage would be the psychometric tests (included behavioral questions). The third and final stage is background checks and then the criminal checks.
