Was called the day after I put in my application to schedule an interview the next week, went in and was met in the lobby by the nurse director who showed me around the unit and introduced me to the nurse manager. I had my interview and was called 2 days later with an offer!

The interview process was relaxed. The interviewer asked general questions and wrote my answers down. After the initial HR interview, I met the department manager and they walked me around the department and talked for a bit about how they work. The whole process took about one hour and I was able to see the actual department and meet some of the employees.
