Do NOT engage with this company! I was made to go to through two Skype interviews, produce a long, original written sample and come down to DC for an in-person interview (without compensation) that lasted nearly three hours only to find out Mondato did not actually want to hire anyone for the role. There is clearly a lack of communication between those vetting candidates and the final decision makers. In the end, they attributed a no offer due to "my preferences", when in fact, they did not know what they wanted in a candidate. This entire episode was a colossal waste of time and money.
