I had the initial interview with an HR Staff over the phone then I was scheduled for a panel interview via Teams with the Plant Head, Lead Production Supervisor, and HR Director. After the panel interview, I had an interview with the Staffing Manager and with the COO consecutively. After meeting with the COO, the HR director set a meeting the next day discussing the job offer. These meetings happened consecutively via zoom and within a week.

You will receive a phone call from HR for preliminary interview then followed by a panel interview with the Plant Manager, HR Manager, and Production Lead. After that, you will be interviewed again by the Staff Manager. Last phase would be an interview with the COO. This all happened in just a week. After a day or two, the HR manager will set a meeting discussing the offer.
