I was referred internally by an employee there. A few days after I submitted my CV, an HR person called and scheduled a face to face interview with the hiring manager, which followed by another interview with the HR manager on the same day. 3 days after the interview, they called and offered me the job.

No tricky questions actually. Just regular interview questions about my personality and previous job experiences, like describing a tough decision you made at work, why do you want to leave your previous job, etc.

It was very thorough. The hiring manager asked some general questions related to supply chain. There was not a specific technical question, was more like a conversation, pleasant. 3 rounds being 1st phone screening, 2nd hiring manager video call and 3rd in person with HR
