The interview is a two part process. There's a five minute phone questioner, and if the recruiter confirms that you are eligible you'll receive another phone call asking you to come in for a face to face interview. The second interview may be a 1:1 OR 1:2 type of interview. This gives the manager a chance to get to know you and get a feel of your personality. There are only three to five questions that are asked. This interview may last any where between 15-20 minutes.
