Interview
The first step was to complete the application with CV and cover letter.
Then I was sent a questionnaire to check if I could fit the company based on my way of thinking and experience. Afterwards, I had to complete a video-interview with known questions so I was able to prepare. I had to introduce myself and after that I was asked why I wanted to work for Mondelez, why I applied for the certain role and what is the ideal working environment for me. I was able to re-record as many times as I wanted or even upload my own video.
After submitting the video-interview I was arranged a telephone interview.
