I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Mondo (San Antonio, TX) in Dec 2020
Interview
The recruiters are untrained and cause harm to the staffing industry. I received no less than 4 emails from 4 different consultants for one job so clearly there is no communication on their team. When I did speak with someone they immediately requested to rewrite my resume to contain skills I did not have to meet a role's requirements. They immediately tried to get me to commit to a same day offer should I be selected, before I had even had the opportunity to research the company. The recruiter told me inside information about the client's experience with other candidates utilizing the phrase "we can use that to our advantage" and fed me exactly what to say whether it was accurate or not. The employer I interviewed with was rude and just interested in getting someone in a chair to churn out leads without reference to branding, quality, or service. It was 30 minutes into the discussion before they told me anything about the value they provide to their customers.
The company definitely need to screen their clients more carefully and train their consultants more thoroughly, especially on ethics.

Question 1
Would you be willing to accept a same-day offer on the spot?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mondo in May 2026
Interview
Applied, got an automated text message saying that a virtual recruiter would be calling me for an interview. Maybe like an hour after applying, I got a call from an AI recruiter that regurgitated the job description, then asked me questions like, "Do you have experience with (bullet from job description)?". It was really weird and I wasn't able to ask questions or get a human. I wouldn't work for this company based on this alone - how am I supposed to know if this would be a good fit if I can't even ask the recruiter anything?
Not recommended. Ghosted after several rounds of phone and in-person interviews for a contract role. When I tried to follow up about the role, I did not receive a response.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Mondo
Interview
Twice in three years a recruiter from Mondo has reached out to me with an opportunity. They insist I jump on a call immediately and have them send my portfolio/resume/website as everything is time sensitive.
Then nothing. No responds on email, on LinkedIn, nothing.
What a bad culture Mondo creates for their recruiters that they ghost every single recruit.
