The interview process was very well organised. The first step was a phone interview with a person from the people team. Then, I was sent a task which I needed to respond to different customer queries. After this, I had a interview with two people from the operations team. Lastly, the final stage was a culture interview with two people from the wider company. The people team was always updating me and checking in which made the process much better. Overall, it was a very well managed interview process.
