Phone, Face to Face, Final is 30 minutes with HR 30 minutes with a manager in a different business unit. The final stage is heavily competency based questions from a general point of view.

there was a maths and personality test following the online application. Then invited to a open evening and after being successful at the mini interview was invited for a formal interview which was competency based.
