TERRIBLE experience!!! I went through a 7 interview process with the company over the course of a couple of months where I was receiving news on whether I had made it to the next stage within 1-5 days of each interview. After my final interview I received no update for 2 and a half weeks (despite following up with the recruiter, whom kept making random excuses for the delay). I eventually got a call saying I had got the job, and received an email with an unofficial offer covering my start date (2 weeks and 3 days from the call), benefits package and the current base salary offer ($115,000). The email referred to our phone conversation that she would be negotiating a higher offer for me and she would get back to me in a couple of days to confirm. I let my current company know at this point because of the soon start date and that I would be travelling out of the country for the next two weeks. Two days later, I get an email from Tatiana saying ‘lots of things came up’, ‘there has been a shift in geo strategy for new hires’ they are ‘going to be conducting a comp review’ and ‘cannot extend an offer at this time’. After 7 interviews and being told I had the job, it has now been revoked. I have followed up with recruiter 3 times now to ask for additional feedback, if they will restart the recruitment at a later date etc and have not received anything back - not even an apology for having spent my time and efforts and telling me I had a start date that involved me having to let my current employee know. Would never trust this company.
